Me, my beanie and my bible (Instyle)

 

Diese Outfitbilder sind heute völlig spontan entstanden. Wer konnte ahnen, daß die Sporthalle, in der mein Sohn heute ein Handballspiel hatte ( ganz nebenbei - er hat GEWONNEN! ;op ), die perfekte Kulisse bietet, und die Farben meiner Kleidung auffängt. Und natürlich hatten wir keine Kamera dabei. Deshalb haben wir einfach mal mit dem Handy losgelegt ( & eher nicht damit gerechnet, daß das was wird!) Aber da haben wir uns geirrt. Sind die neuen Handykameras nicht irre?! :D

Who could have guessed, that the sports hall in which my son had a handball game today (by the way - he has WON! ;op ) provides the perfect setting and the colours of my clothes. and of course we had no camera by the hand. So we tried it with our handy  - but we didn't expect that it really works! But it worked! Is this not the madness?! :D

My day with my Zebra

Euch ist sicher aufgefallen, daß es schon dunkel war, als wir diese Bilder geshootet haben. Natürlich machte es eigentlich gar keinen Sinn, meine blau verspiegelte RayBan vom Sommer zu tragen. Aber sie passte einfach soooo gut zu meinem petrolfarbenen Outfit & ihr müsst schon zugeben - es sieht ziemlich cool aus...(Gut, daß keine Stangen im Weg waren! Ahaaaahaaa ;D )

You may have noticed that it was already dark when we have shooted these images. Of course, it really made no sense to wear my blue mirrored RayBan of summer. But it just was soooo good to my petrol-coloured outfit & you have to admit - it looks pretty cool...(Good that no rods were in the way! Ahaaaahaaa ;D )

Last post of the year

 

Dies ist offiziell der letzte Post dieses Jahres. Unser Blog besteht jetzt seit ca. einem Jahr - bei Instagram sind wir seit ca einem halben Jahr. Und das Fazit?! Ich habe es mir tatsächlich einfacher vorgestellt... Entstanden aus einer spontanen Idee, war uns nicht bewußt, wieviel Zeit und Energie in so einem Blog steckt. An Stylingideen und Enthusiasmus mangelte es nicht, aber an der Umsetzung haperte es. Angefangen damit, daß man mit "um die 40" nicht wirklich fit ist, was Computertechnik angeht. Wir standen plötzlich vor Fragen wie : "Wie baut man einen Blog eigentlich professionell auf?!" (halbe Sachen wollten wir schließlich nicht machen!) oder "Wie machen wir ihn bekannt?!"(das geht schließlich nicht von allein...)

Weiter ging es dann mit dem Entstehen der Bilder. Ich fotografiere wahnsinnig gerne, bin kreativ, was Location & Gestaltung betrifft - aber leider bin ich auch sehr perfektionistisch. Heißt. Ich kann ja schlecht vor & hinter der Kamera stehen --- und ein Anderer macht es natürlich längst nicht so gut ;op
(Trotzdem bin ich natürlich am Ende immer wahnsinnig zufrieden, mit dem was herausgekommen ist. Schließlich (& das muss hier auch mal erwähnt & geehrt werden!) drücke ich meistens meinen "Kindern" oder meinem Mann die Kamera in die Hand!

Und zu guter Letzt muss man die Bilder ja auch noch ins Netz setzen. Ich brauche euch ja hier nicht zu sagen, daß das nicht eben mal nebenbei erledigt wird. Nein - das Internet ist ein wahrer Zeitfresser! Ich höre mich immer wieder sagen - ich mach das mal eben noch schnell, bevor wir gehen & komm beinahe überall zu spät (autsch)...

Tja, Bloggen ist eben keine One-man-show. Eigentlich steckt da immer ein ganzes Team dahinter - und viel Mühe & Arbeit - aber auch viel Liebe & Spaß.

Es freut uns immer wieder, wenn wir Likes bekommen oder Kommentare lesen. Es gibt sogar sehr treue Leser, die wir doch ein bißchen inspirieren können - und alleine dafür hat sich das Jahr gelohnt!

Wir danken Euch, daß Ihr uns begleitet & unterstützt und wünschen Euch viel Liebe, Freude & Erfolg im neuen Jahr. Und das wir uns bald wiedersehen!!! :oD

This is offical the last post this year. Our blog is now nearly one year old - on Instagram nearly half 'n year. Our conclusion?! I really thougt it will be much easier...It was a spontanous idea to start this blog but we didn't know how much work & time put in a blog. At styling ideas & enthusiasm were not lacking, but the implementation was the problem. Starting with the fact that one is not really fit by computerthings with "around 40"! We were suddenly faced with questions like: "How do you generate a blog on professionally?!" (half the things we eventually did not want to do!) or "How can we make it known?! (this doesn't work by itselves - thats what we know now ;)

Next we went with by the emergence of the images. I looove to do photography. I'm very creativ by the locations and arrangements - but I'm also a little perfectionist. Means:  I can't be in front of the camera and behind ---and nobody is as good as me ;op
(Nevertheless I'm always very happy and proud of the solutions. After all (and this I have to tell and honor!) I always press my "children" and my husband my camera in their hands!

And at least we have to put the pictures in the net. I don't need to tell you that this works by doing other things!No! The internet is a time-eating-machine! I always tell my family that I will do it very quick - just before we leave - but on the end we're always to late :$

Indeed: blogging is not a one-man-show! There's always a team behind. And much effort and work - but also a lot of love, fun and passion.

We are always pleased if we get likes from you or if we can read comments. We have really faithfull reader and we hope we can inspire each - and for that alone, the year has paid off.

The love of bordeaux colours and overknee boots

 

Die Farbe Bordeaux ist meiner Meinung nach sehr edel & elegant. Ich liebe besonders Accessoires in Bordeaux - wie Handtaschen, Schuhe oder Hüte. Den Hut auf diesen Bildern fand ich bei TKmaxx in Berlin & hatte sofort die Idee, ihn mit meinen Overkneeboots zu kombinieren. Passenderweise hatte ich schon eine Jeans im gleichen Ton von Zara & auch beim Makeup hat meine Liebe zu Burgundy nicht Halt gemacht. ("Rebel" von Mac!) Perfekt dazu war dann auch die Kulisse im Hotel Adlon in Berlin. Zufällig auch komplett in weinrot gehalten.Top! ;D

In my opinion the colour bordeaux is very noble and elegant. I particularly love accessoires in bordeaux - like purses, shoes or hats. I found this hat at TKmaxx in Berlin & I immediately had the idea to style a combination with my overkneeboots. Fittingly I owned a jeans in the same tone from zara and also a perfect match lipstic from Mac. ("Rebel")
And as if I had ordered it I found the perfect backdrop at "Hotel Adlon" in Berlin. Random everything was decorated in burgundy. ;D
