Nude colours for the important Day

Bei Instagram habt ihr schon erfahren, daß wir letzte Woche einen aufregenden Tag hatten. Unsere Töchter haben den Schritt von der Grundschule zur Weiterführenden geschafft. Und am Dienstag war die Einführung. Was bedeutet das für die Mütter?! Sich modisch etwas zurücknehmen, um einen guten ersten Eindruck zu hinterlassen. Natürlich kann man unser Faible Mode nicht ganz abstellen, aber ich habe mich zumindest für softe Farben entschieden. Genau wie mit dem kleinen Schwarzen beim Empfangscocktail kann man damit nicht viel falsch machen. In der großen Tasche habe ich dann meine Kamera verstaut (die ideale Kameratasche habe ich leider noch nicht gefunden), damit ich im entscheidenden moment "Paparazzo" spielen konnte. Alles in Allem war alles perfekt! ;D

With Instagram you have already seen, that last week we had an exciting day. Our daughters made the step from the primary to the secondary school. And on Tuesday was the introduction. What does this mean for mothers?! To take off a bit of fashion to make a good first impression. For sure we cannot do it really but at least I decided myself for nude colours. Just like the little black dress for a cocktailevening you cannot do much wrong with it. And in the big bag I've hidden my camera ( i could not find the perfect camerabag until now!) so I could play the "Paparazzo" at the decisive moment. All in all everything was perfect! ;D

Yellow Post for a good mood

I'm always in a good mood when I wear yellow. It's like sunshine and it goes directly in my heart. This year the summer in germany is really hard. Most of the time it's dark and rainy. And to wear dark clothes doesn't make it better. And dark posts also doesn't help very much. So we decided to show you a colourful, bright outfit today. Those who follow us on Instagram could see some snapshots as we shooted these pictures. To be honest at this day it was really warm enough to wear short pants and sandals...
Immer wenn ich gelb trage, geht bei mir die Sonne auf - zumindest, was die Stimmung betrifft. Gute Laune ist ja momentan nicht selbstverständlich. Es ist wirklich schwierig fröhlich zu sein, wenn es draußen dauernd trüb ist. Aber es ist ja nicht gerade hilfreich, dann auch noch trübe Kleidung zu tragen. Und trübe Outfitsposts gehen schon mal gar nicht!
Deshalb heute also gelb! Wer uns auf Instagram folgt, hat schon ein paar Schnappschüsse dieses Shootings gesehen. Tasächlich war es an dem Tag doch warm genug, um kurze Jeansshorts & offene Schuhe zu tragen...

Garden Glamour

 

Some Days ago we were out for a brunch with good friends. After a lot of dark days the sun was looking through the clouds and I took my chance to wear something breeze and short. I bought the beautiful Ethnic-Short with pearls and shimmering stones some weeks ago but I had not the moment to wear it till now.  I also reduced the jewelleries because of the "blinky" stones on the arms of the blouse. 
To keep it short - all in one I liked the look - but to be honest it could've been a little bit warmer ;D

Vor einigen Tagen trafen wir uns mit Freunden zum Brunch. Da nach Langem endlich mal wieder die Sonne da war, dachte ich, ich könnte mich mal an etwas Kurzes ran wagen. Die schöne Ethnic-Short mit aufgestickten Perlen & schwarzen Strasssteinen habe ich mir schon vor einer Weile gekauft & hatte bisher tatsächlich noch keine Gelegenheit sie zu tragen. Schmuck konnte ich mir auch sparen, da die Bluse bereits an den Armen "geschmückt" ist.
Alles in Allem habe ich mich ziemlich wohl gefühlt - es hätte nur tatsächlich noch ein bißchen wärmer sein können ;D
